Accessibility audit record
A formal independent WCAG 2.2 AA audit has not yet been completed. The current internal checks cover heading order, labelled controls, keyboard focus, skip navigation, colour contrast by design tokens, reduced motion, readable text, small-screen reflow and printable content. This is evidence of an internal review, not an independent certification.
Priority audit journeys are: homepage to either audience route; guide search and filtering; nation hubs; urgent-help content; saved guides and checklist controls; and policy, feedback and local-help pages. Testing should include keyboard-only use, 200% and 400% zoom, screen-reader reading order, high-contrast settings and common mobile widths.
Confirmed failures will be listed in the accessibility statement with their impact, workaround where available and target fix date. Accessibility problems may be reported to webmaster@livewellathomeuk.co.uk with the page address, device or assistive technology and the task that was difficult.
