Corrections and review policy

Accuracy matters. Every substantive guide shows the date checked and a planned review date. We review sooner when a benefit rule, clinical recommendation, legal process or official service changes.

A correction should identify the page, the disputed statement and a primary source where possible. Material corrections change the page’s checked date; a public corrections log will record changes that could have affected a reader’s decision.

No material correction reports have been recorded. The site is public; the contact page explains the current editorial route and its limitations.
